(d) (1) The Task Force shall consist of nine members as follows: (i) Five members shall be appointed by the Governor in consultation (ii) Two Senators shall be appointed by the President of the Senate of (iii) Two Delegates shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of (2) The members appointed by the Governor shall be from the private (e) The Governor shall designate the chairperson of the Task Force. (f) The members of the Task Force shall serve without compensation. (g) The Task Force may expend funds in accordance with the State budget. (h) The Task Force shall be jointly staffed by staff from the. Executive and (i) The Task Force shall issue a final report of its findings and recommendations - 3331 -
