(B) THE TERM OF THE CHAIRMAN IS 1 YEAR.
(C) THE CHAIRMAN MAY NOT SERVE MORE THAN TWO CONSECUTIVE TERMS
AS CHAIRMAN.
6A-204.
(A) A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS THEN SERVING ON THE COMMISSION IS A
QUORUM.
(B) THE COMMISSION SHALL MEET IN THE STATE, AT THE TIMES AND PLACES
THAT THE COMMISSION DETERMINES.
(C) THE COMMISSION'S PRINCIPAL OFFICE SHALL BE LOCATED AT A PLACE IN
THE STATE AS DETERMINED BY THE COMMISSION.
(D) EACH MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION IS ENTITLED TO:
(1) COMPENSATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATE BUDGET; AND
(2) REIMBURSEMENT UNDER THE STANDARD STATE TRAVEL
REGULATIONS FOR EXPENSES FOR EACH COMMISSION MEETING ATTENDED AND
FOR OTHER NECESSARY EXPENSES, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET.
6A-205.
(A) (1) THE SECRETARY SHALL APPOINT AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR FOR
THE COMMISSION.
(2) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SHALL SERVE AT THE PLEASURE OF
THE SECRETARY.
(B) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SHALL:
(1) COLLECT THE FEES IMPOSED BY REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE
COMMISSION UNDER THIS TITLE AND DEPOSIT THEM TO THE CREDIT OF THE
MARYLAND GAMBLING COMMISSION FUND CREATED UNDER § 6A-601 OF THIS
TITLE;
(2) KEEP THE RECORDS AND PAPERS OF THE COMMISSION, INCLUDING
A RECORD OF EACH PROCEEDING OR MEETING OF THE COMMISSION;
(3) ADMINISTER THE LICENSES REQUIRED UNDER THIS TITLE;
(4) PREPARE, ISSUE, AND SUBMIT REPORTS OF THE COMMISSION;
(5) ADMINISTER THE DAILY OPERATION OF THE OFFICE OF THE
COMMISSION;
(6) SIGN AND ISSUE SUBPOENAS ON BEHALF OF THE COMMISSION; AND
(7) PERFORM ANY OTHER DUTY THAT THE COMMISSION DIRECTS.
(C) THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IS ENTITLED TO:
