Chapter 662 of the Acts of 1994

SECTION 16. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 13 of this Act is
contingent on the taking effect of the termination provision specified in Section [16] 1 of
Chapter 614 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1993. [If that termination provision
takes effect, Section 12 of this Act shall be void.] This Act may not be interpreted to have
any effect on that termination provision.

Error: Incorrect reference to Section 16 of Chapter 614 of the Acts of 1993
and extraneous provision.

Occurred: Ch. 662, § 16, Acts of 1994.

SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That changes to
cross-references of sections of the Business Occupations and Professions Article, made
by the Michie Company pursuant to Section 13 of Chapter 3 of the Laws of Maryland of
1994 (as amended by Section 1 of this Act) and printed in the 1994 Replacement Volume
of the Business Occupations and Professions Article, are hereby validated.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 88 of Article 65
- Militia of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.

Error: Omitted repeal of provisions revised as Title 38, Subtitle 1 of the
State Personnel and Pensions Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 6, Acts of 1994.

SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 1 through 8,
inclusive, and the article designation "Article 73C - State Supplemental Compensation
Plans" of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.
