(a) On or before October 1 of each year in and after 1995, the Commission shall
submit a report concerning each governmental unit that the Commission has studied to:

Article - Tax - General

After making the distributions required under §§ 2-613 through 2-615 of this
subtitle, the Comptroller shall distribute monthly 16% of the remaining income tax
revenue from corporations to the Gasoline and Motor Vehicle Revenue Account in the
Transportation Trust Fund.

read as follows:

SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Title 8.5 [and], Title
15.5, TITLE 16, AND TITLE 17 and the various subtitles and sections, respectively, of
Article - Business Occupations and Professions of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Title 8, [and] TITLE 16, Title 17, AND TITLE 18 and the various
subtitles and sections, respectively.
