The Administrator shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the purposes of this
subtitle.
13-607.
THIS SUBTITLE SHALL TERMINATE AND BE OF NO EFFECT AFTER JUNE 30, 2001.
Chapter 327 of the Acts of 1991
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1991. It shall remain effective for a period of [5] 10 years and, at the end of June
30, [1996] 2001, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall
be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the State Court
Administrator shall report to the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate
Judicial Proceedings Committee, and the House Appropriations Committee before January
15 of each year, in accordance with § 2-1312 of the State Government Article, on current
and projected expenditures from the Fund.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 1995.

Pension Systems - Death Benefits
FOR the purpose of altering the conditions under which a surviving spouse of certain
members of certain pension systems may elect an allowance as a death benefit; and
generally relating to death benefits for surviving spouses of certain members of the
Employees' Pension System, the Teachers' Pension System, and the Local Fire and
Police System.
