the Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 9-204, 9-204.1,
9-204.2, 9-204.3, and 9-205, respectively.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 56 and 83,
respectively, of Article 25 - County Commissioners of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be renumbered to be Section(s) 70A and 60A, respectively.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
read as follows:

Article - Business Occupations and Professions

[12-310A.] 12-310.1.

A person who is engaged in the business of providing propane gas services under §
12-401(b) of this title shall meet the insurance requirements set forth in § 12-501 of this
title.
