SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall
remain effective for a period of 2 years and, at the end of June 30, 1997, with no further
action required by the General Assembly, Section 2 of this Act shall be abrogated and of
no further force and effect.
SECTION 4. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995. the terms of the initial members of the Casino Night Commission shall expire
as follows;
(1) 3 members in 1996;
(2) 3 members in 1997; and
(3) 3 members in 1998.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Article 27, §
258B(c)(3)(iv) and (9) 258B(c) and (d) and § 2-309(r)(8)(vi) of Courts and Judicial
Proceedings Article as enacted by Section 1 of this Act shall remain effective for a period of
2 years from the effective date of this Act, and at the end of 2 years, with no further
action required by the General Assembly, Article 27, § 258B(c)(3)(iv) and (9) 258B(c)
and (d) and § 2-309(r)(8)(vi) of Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article of the Code as
enacted by Section 1 of this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall take
effect on the termination of Article 27, § 258B(c) as enacted by Section 1 of this Act.
SECTION 4. 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That except as provided in
Section 4 of this Act, this Act is an emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote
supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the
General Assembly, and shall take effect from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning
Motorcycles - Special Registration Plate for Members of Motorcyclist Organizations
FOR the purpose of authorizing the owner of a motorcycle who is a member of certain
motorcyclist organizations to apply to the Motor Vehicle Administration for the
issuance of a special registration number for the motorcycle under certain
circumstances; clarifying language; providing for the effective date of this Act; and
generally relating to the issuance of a special registration number for a motorcycle
owned by a member of certain motorcyclist organizations.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
