(E) The Ethics Commission may require a regulated lobbyist to file any additional
report the Ethics Commission determines to be necessary.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning
Insect Sting Emergency Treatment Program
FOR the purpose of establishing an Insect Sting Emergency Treatment Program; defining
certain terms; authorizing the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt
certain rules and regulations; authorizing the Department or a private or public
entity to take certain actions to administer the Insect Sting Emergency Treatment
Program; authorizing the Department or a private or public entity to issue
certificates to persons authorized to administer certain injections of a certain drug;
requiring that certificate holders meet certain qualifications; requiring applicants
for a certificate to perform certain, acts; requiring the Department or a private or
public entity to issue a certificate to an applicant who meets certain requirements;
requiring certain information to be included on a certificate; providing for renewal of
a certificate; authorizing a certificate holder to perform certain acts; providing
immunity for certain persons acting under certain circumstances; providing that
certain provisions of this Act do not affect, and may not be construed as affecting,
certain immunities or defenses; providing that this Act may not be construed to
create a duty to obtain a certificate; providing that an individual may not be held
civilly liable under certain circumstances; and generally relating to a program for
emergency treatment for insect stings.
