SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Department of
Personnel shall adopt new regulations by November 1, 1995, to comply with the changes
enacted to Subtitle 6 of Title 7 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article by Chapter
616 of the Acts of 1993, Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1994, and by this Act.
SECTION 2. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

FOR the purpose of creating in Queen Anne's and Worcester County a Counties Beer
and Wine Festival alcoholic beverages license licenses; providing for the terms and
conditions of the license licenses; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in
Queen Anne's and Worcester County Counties.

8-309, respectively.
