PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor                             Ch. 536

(1) LANGUAGE THAT IS IDENTICAL OR SIMILAR TO THE FOLLOWING: "I
CERTIFY UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE RECORD TO WHICH THIS
CERTIFICATION IS ATTACHED AFFIXED IS AN ORIGINAL RECORD OF THE
UNDERSIGNED AGENCY OR A TRUE COPY OF AN ORIGINAL RECORD MAINTAINED
BY THE UNDERSIGNED AGENCY";

(2) THE NAME OF THE AGENCY THAT PROVIDES THE ORIGINAL
RECORD OR COPY; AND

(3) THE SIGNATURE OF THE CUSTODIAN.

(C) THIS SECTION DOES NOT:

(1) PREVENT A LITIGANT FROM CAUSING A SUBPOENA TO BE ISSUED
THAT REQUIRES A CUSTODIAN TO ATTEND A DEPOSITION OR TRIAL;

(2) AFFECT ANY OBLIGATION OF, OR RESTRICTION ON, AN AGENCY
RELATING TO PROVIDING AN ORIGINAL RECORD OR COPY OF A RECORD TO A
PERSON; OR

(3) PREVENT AN AGENCY FROM CHARGING A REASONABLE FEE FOR
REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS INCURRED IN PROVIDING THE RECORD OR COPY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Driving Across Private Property

FOR the purpose of prohibiting the driver of a vehicle approaching an intersection from
driving across private property or leaving the roadway for the purpose of avoiding a
traffic control device; and generally relating to prohibiting driving across private
property in avoidance of a traffic control device.
