In subsection (a)(2) of this section, the phrase "each document" is substituted
for the former phrase "reports, statements, notices and other documents" for
brevity.

In subsection (a)(5) of this section, the words "statement or report" are
substituted for the former reference to "statements" to reflect that documents
filed under Title 7 are referred to as "reports", not "statements".

15-206. REGULATIONS.

THE ETHICS COMMISSION MAY ADOPT REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THIS
TITLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive

The former reference to "rules" is deleted as included in "regulations".

15-207. OATHS AND SUBPOENAS.

(A)     GENERALLY.

THE ETHICS COMMISSION AND STAFF COUNSEL EACH MAY:

(1)     ADMINISTER OATHS; AND

(2)      ISSUE SUBPOENAS FOR THE ATTENDANCE OF WITNESSES TO
TESTIFY OR TO PRODUCE OTHER EVIDENCE.

(B)     JUDICIAL ENFORCEMENT.

A SUBPOENA ISSUED UNDER SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION, MAY BE
JUDICIALLY ENFORCED.
