SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

15-105.

(A)     The respective Boards of County Commissioners shall ex officio constitute the
Boards of License Commissioners in Dorchester and Kent Counties. In Howard County,
the County Council shall ex officio constitute the Board of License Commissioners.

(B)     (1) IN DORCHESTER COUNTY, THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY
APPOINT A SUBSTITUTE MEMBER TO THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS.

(2) THE SUBSTITUTE MEMBER SHALL BE FROM THE SAME COUNTY
COMMISSIONER DISTRICT AS THE APPOINTING COUNTY COMMISSIONER.
