Ch. 478

(iii) To the extent not required by any lawful pledge, covenant,
dedication, or commitment for the annual debt service on any bonds referred to in §
3-216(e) of this article shall be deposited in the Driver Education Account and disbursed
in accordance with this section.

(b)     (1) The Department of Transportation shall provide in its annual budget for
the reimbursement to an approved high school for the driver education program of an
amount commensurate with the funds available in the Driver Education Account of the
Transportation Trust Fund.

(2)    This amount may not exceed $65 for each eligible individual completing
the course.

(3)     The funds provided for under this section shall be independent of,
separate from, and in addition to any other State aid.

(c)     The State Department of Education shall include in its annual budget funds
for its administrative costs that are related to the driver education program.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

(House Bill 1266)

AN ACT concerning

Election Law - Central Committees - Residency

FOR the purpose of providing that an individual who represents a particular legislative
district on a party central committee shall be considered to have resigned if the
individual ceases to reside in the district; and providing for the application of certain
provisions of this Act to certain persons elected to serve as members of a party central
committee in certain elections
.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 33 - Election Code
Section 11-2(b)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1993 Replacement Volume and 1994 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
