(b) The days and hours for the sale of alcoholic beverages are:

(8) (I) FOR A STADIUM BEER AND LIGHT WINE LICENSE, EXCEPT AS
PROVIDED IN SUBITEM (II) OF THIS ITEM:

1.       MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FROM 6 A.M. TO 2 A.M.
THE FOLLOWING DAY
12 NOON TO 9 P.M.: AND

2.       SUNDAY FROM 12:30 P.M. TO 10 P.M. 1 P.M. TO 5 P.M.

(II) DURING BASEBALL GAMES ONLY, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
MAY NOT BE SOLD:

1. AFTER THE SEVENTH BEGINNING OF THE EIGHTH
INNING; OR

2. DURING A DOUBLE HEADER GAME, AFTER THE
BEGINNING OF THE SIXTH INNING OF THE SECOND GAME.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Driver Education Programs - Elimination of State Funding

FOR the purpose of repealing certain provisions of law authorizing county boards of
education
to offer driver education programs; eliminating State reimbursement for
driver education programs; repealing the Driver Education Account in the
Transportation Trust Fund and the provisions of law governing collection and
disposition of funds in the Driver Education Account; and generally relating to the
elimination of State funding for driver education programs.
