PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor                                Ch. 473

[(2)](3) (i) Each certification executed under this subsection shall be
retained by the licensee for at least 1 year.

(ii) The certifications shall be available for examination during regular
business hours by an authorized representative of the Board of License Commissioners.

[(3)](4) The Board of License Commissioners shall adopt regulations to
implement this subsection.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Incarcerated Minors - Consent to Medical Care and Advice

FOR the purpose of authorizing an incarcerated a minor to consent to certain medical
screening, care, examinations, and advice and examinations after admission into a
detention center; and generally relating to the authority of incarcerated minors to
provide certain consent.

(a) In this section, "sheriff" includes the administrator, director, superintendent,
ward
