Ch. 3 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND DRAFTER'S NOTE: Subsection (b) of this section is amended to reflect the status of the head of 13-313. (a) Subject to the hearing provisions of § 13-315 of this subtitle, the (7) willfully makes a false statement or misrepresentation in any renewal (8) fails to notify the [Superintendent] SECRETARY about any change DRAFTER'S NOTE: Subsection (a)(7) and (8) of this section is amended to reflect the status of the 13-314.
