(2) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE GRANT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION MAY
NOT EXCEED $200,000 FOR ANY FISCAL YEAR.

(C) BALTIMORE CITY COMMUNITY COLLEGE MAY NOT TRANSFER STATE
FUNDS RECEIVED UNDER THIS SUBSECTION TO ANY OTHER PROGRAM OR
CATEGORY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995.

CHAPTER 435

(House Bill 1354)

AN ACT concerning

Education - Interagency State Plan for Transitioning Students with Disabilities

FOR the purpose of establishing an Interagency State Plan for Transitioning Students
with Disabilities, through the collaborative efforts of certain divisions of the State
Department of Education, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, the
Department of Economic and Employment Development, and the Governor's
Office for Individuals with Disabilities; providing recommendations for certain
services under the Plan; requiring the Division of Rehabilitation Services of the
State Department of Education to report annually the progress of the Plan to the
General Assembly and to make certain recommendations; defining certain terms;
and generally relating to establishing an Interagency State Plan for Transitioning
Students with Disabilities.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
Article - Education
Section 1-101(a) and (f)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1992 Replacement Volume and 1994 Supplement)

BY adding to

Article - Education

Section 21-303.1

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1992 Replacement Volume and 1994 Supplement)
