PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 425 may recover in an action against a tort-feasor for a wrong which resulted in the BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - Estates and Trusts 7-401. (x) (2) In an action instituted by the personal representative against a tort-feasor SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect Approved May 18, 1995.
