BALLOT TO THE CREDIT UNION MEMBERS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

State Land Acquisitions and Construction Projects - Notice to Local Governments

FOR the purpose of requiring the Land Acquisition Division of the Department of
General Services to give written notice of certain potential land acquisitions to the
relevant county governing body and, if applicable, municipal governing body;
requiring the Board of Public Works to require by regulation that certain units of
State government give written notice of certain potential construction to the
relevant county governing body and, if applicable, municipal governing body;
altering the applicability of certain provisions to certain capital expenditures;
authorizing the governing body to submit comments within a certain time; and
generally relating to the obligation of the State to inform the relevant local
governing body of certain actions.
