Ch. 372 1995 LAWS OF MARYLAND [29-113. (a) (1) This subsection applies to: (i) the Correctional Officers' Retirement System; (ii) the Employees' Retirement System; (iii) the State Police Retirement System; and (iv) the Teachers' Retirement System. (2) A member may receive a disability retirement allowance for a disability (b) (1) This subsection applies to: (i) the Employees' Pension System; (ii) the Local Fire and Police System; (iii) the Natural Resources Pension System; and (iv) the Teachers' Pension System. (2) A member may receive a disability retirement allowance for a disability (3) For the purpose of this subsection, a member keeps the enrollment date (i) from the Employees' Retirement System or the Teachers' (ii) from the Employees' Retirement System or the Employees' 29-115.
