PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 352 (2) Which is a felony, as provided in § 4-301 (b)(2), (6), (7), [and] (8), (9). SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland Article - Insurance 2-102. (a) (1) The Commissioner shall establish divisions or sections in the (i) life insurance and health insurance; (ii) property insurance and casualty insurance; (iii) audit and examination; (iv) insurance professions; [and] (v) consumer affairs; AND (VI) INSURANCE FRAUD. 2-104. (f) (1) The Commissioner may appoint [field] investigators, ACCOUNTANTS, (2) As directed by the Commissioner, the [field] investigators shall (g) (2) The Administration shall have: (i) a principal counsel who is an assistant Attorney General; and (ii) other assistant Attorneys General, INCLUDING ASSISTANT SUBTITLE 1. TAXES.
