(iv) Provide any other assistance requested by the president;

[(16)] (17) Establish traffic regulations for the campus; and

[(17)] (18) Perform any other duties assigned by the Board..

(G) IN (I) SUBSECTION (E)(5) OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT BE CONSTRUED TO
REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL STATE GENERAL FUND SUPPORT.

(II) THE TOTAL NUMBER OF POSITIONS AUTHORIZED UNDER
SUBSECTION (E)(5) OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE LIMITED AS SPECIFIED ANNUALLY IN
THE STATE BUDGET BILL.

Article—State Finance and Procurement

11-101.

(1) "Primary procurement units" moans:

(1)     the State Treasurer;

(2) the Department of Budget and Fiscal Planning;
(3) the Department of General Services;
(4) the Department of Transportation;

(5)     [the University of Maryland System;
(6)] the Maryland Port Commission;

[(7)] (6) the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services; and
[(8)] (7) the Morgan State University.

(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this Division II does not
apply to:

(1) procurement by:

(xii) the University of Maryland[, for University College Overseas
Programs, if the University adopts regulations that:

1. establish policies and procedures governing procurement for
University College Overseas Programs; and

2. promote the purposes stated in § 11-201(a) of this subtitle]
