AN ACT concerning

Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors - Licensing

FOR the purpose of providing that an individual may accumulate the amount of
experience required to take an examination for a master license or a master
restricted license by providing services under a limited license or master restricted
license as well as under a journeyman license; and providing that an individual who
holds a limited license or master restricted license issued under certain provisions of
law may take an examination to qualify for a master license or an additional master
restricted license without meeting certain requirements if the individual submits a
certain form to the Board by a certain date and pays a certain fee to the Board.
