AN ACT concerning

Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission - Minority Business

Enterprise Utilization Program

MC/PG 7-95

FOR the purpose of continuing the authority of the Maryland-National Capital Park and
Planning Commission (MNCPPC) to establish and administer a Minority Business
Enterprise Utilization Program for the award of contracts for goods, services, and
construction under certain circumstances; requiring the MNCPPC to issue a certain
report and to make certain recommendations regarding the Minority Business
Enterprise Utilization Program by a certain date to certain legislative delegations;
altering repealing a certain termination provision; providing for the termination of a
certain provision of law; and generally relating to the Minority Business Enterprise
Utilization Program under the MNCPPC.
