SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to Section 2 of
this Act, this Act shall take effect October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning
Montgomery County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Caterer's License)

FOR the purpose of creating in Montgomery County an alcoholic beverages caterer's
license; specifying the annual fee, hours and days for sale, facilities and their
approval, requirement for food and not just alcoholic beverages, who may obtain a
caterer's license, and what sort of events are prohibited or permitted; requiring the
holder of a caterer's license to meet a certain ratio between food sales and alcoholic
beverages sales; requiring a licensee under this Act the holder of a caterer's license
to purchase alcoholic beverages from the Department of Liquor Control; providing
certain penalties; subjecting the holder of a caterer's license to certain provisions
concerning alcohol awareness training; providing for the termination of this Act;
and generally relating to alcoholic beverages in Montgomery County.
