Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Application for License)

FOR the purpose of clarifying that, in Wicomico County, following the termination of a
license, an applicant may submit a new application for a premise that was already in
existence and for which a license was held within a certain number of months
following the termination of the license; and generally relating to alcoholic
beverages in Wicomico County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

(d) A person may [reapply] APPLY for a license within 6 months following the
termination of a license at an existing location that falls within the restrictions imposed by
subsection (c) of this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt - Eastern Shore Baseball Foundation

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $200,000
$125,000 $100,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Eastern Shore Baseball
Foundation, Inc. for certain development or improvement purposes in Wicomico
County; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement
that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; and providing generally for
