AN ACT concerning

Election Judges - Salaries - Calvert County

FOR the purpose of altering the salaries of judges of elections in Calvert County and
generally relating to judges of elections.

BY adding to

Article 33 - Election Code

Section 2-7(f)(7)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1993 Replacement Volume and 1994 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 33 - Election Code

2-7.

(f) (7) IN CALVERT COUNTY, THE COMPENSATION OF JUDGES OF
ELECTIONS SHALL BE $125 PER DAY FOR CHIEF JUDGES AND $100 PER DAY FOR
JUDGES FOR EACH ELECTION DAY ACTUALLY SERVED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.
