6-408.

(b) Each transferred officer and employee covered by and subject to the
provisions of the City Service Commission of Baltimore City as a classified employee is
entitled, without further examination or restriction, to all the rights and privileges and is
subject to all the provisions of the State Personnel AND PENSIONS Article that govern
classified service employees.

(d) (2) Except as otherwise provided by law, and subject to § 2-103.4 of this
article, each deputy, officer, and employee of the Administration:

(ii) Is entitled to the salary provided in the pay plan established under
Title 6, Subtitle 1 of the State Personnel AND PENSIONS Article.

the license until the licensee appears for a hearing.
