Chapter 333 of the Acts of 1988, as amended by
Chapter 571 of the Acts of 1990, as amended by
Chapter 243 of the Acts of 1992
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July
1, 1988. The provisions of this Act permitting the transfer of any class beer, wine and liquor
(on-sale) retail licenses into the "Pikesville Revitalization Area" or the "Pikesville Town
Center" in Baltimore County and the conversion of those licenses into Class B (SB) licenses
shall remain effective for a period of [7] 14 11 years and 3 months and, at the end of
September 30, [1995,] 2002 1999, and with no further action required by the General
Assembly, those provisions of this Act shall be abrogated and of no farther force and effect,
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of this Act shall
take effect October 1, 1995.
SECTION 2. 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and
safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the members
elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and, except as provided in
Section 3 of this Act, shall take effect from the date it is enacted.

AN ACT concerning
Injured Workers' Insurance Fund - Procedural Requirements for Payment of Premiums,
Reporting on Wages, and Cancellation of Policy
FOR the purpose of requiring the Board for the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund to
adopt regulations that provide procedures and standards for the payment of
premiums; altering the requirements for reporting on wages; repealing a
requirement that notice of cancellation of a policy must be given a certain time
before a policyholder may cancel a policy; altering the titles of the administrative
officers of the Fund; and generally relating to the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund.
