certain types of vehicles or instrumentalities; expanding the prohibition to include any
instrumentality of transportation; and generally relating to crimes and the penalty for
throwing objects at vehicles.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments
111B.
Any person who willfully throws, shoots or propels a rock, stone, brick, or a piece of
iron, steel or other like metal, or any deadly or dangerous missile, or fire bomb, AT OR
into a vehicle or instrumentality of public transportation that is occupied by one or more
persons is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be sentenced to pay a fine
not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding
one (1) year or both, at the discretion of the court.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning
Creation of a State Debt - Baltimore Museum of Industry
FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $450,000
$350,000, the proceeds to be used as a" grant to the Board of Directors of the
Baltimore Museum of Industry, Inc. for the repair, renovation, and expansion
expansion, and equipping of the museum buildings, including offices and exhibit
areas, the museum park, the harborwalk terminus, the pier, and the parking
facilities, located at 1415 and 1425 Key Highway in Baltimore City, subject to the
requirement that the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Museum of Industry, Inc.
provide and expend a matching fund and present by a certain date evidence that a
matching fund will be provided; requiring the Board of Directors of the Baltimore
Museum of Industry, Inc. to grant and convey a certain easement to the Maryland
