(D)    Wicomico County Baseball Stadium. Provide a grant to the County
Council of Wicomico County for the construction of a minor
league baseball stadium, subject to the requirement that the
grantee and/or the Mayor and City Council of Salisbury provide an
equal and matching fund for this purpose. Further provided that
these funds may not be expended until Maryland Baseball has a
signed agreement with a minor league team to play at the stadium

(E)    Peabody Institute Fund. Provide funds toward the purchase of the
art collection of the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins
University (Baltimore City)...............................................................

(F) Prince George's County Neighborhood Schools. Provide a grant to
the County Executive and County Council of Prince George's
County to design public school facilities as part of a program to
end busing for racial desegregation, provided that no funds may be
expended until Prince George's County provides a report to the
budget committees explaining:

(1) the scope of the effort to desegregate county schools;

(2) the amount of state funding which will be requested in the
future for this purpose; and

(3) how these funds will fulfill the desegregation goal; and

The budget committees have reviewed and commented on the
report or 45 days have elapsed from the date the committees

(A)    Anne Arundel County Detention Center. Provide a portion of the
funds for a grant to the County Executive and County Council of
Anne Arundel County to design, construct, and equip an Anne
Arundel County Detention Center Annex at Ordnance Road,
subject to the requirement that the grantee provide a matching
fund of $113,000 for this purpose (Anne Arundel County)............

(B)    Frederick County Detention Center. Provide a grant to the Board
of County Commissioners of Frederick County to design,
construct, and equip the renovation and expansion of the
Frederick County Detention Center, subject to the requirement
that the grantee provide a matching fund of $864,000 for this

(C)    Garrett County Jail. Provide a grant to the Board of County
Commissioners of Garrett County to design, construct, and equip
