(A)    Historic St. Mary's City. Implement preconstruction archaeological
mitigation and surveys at Historic St. Mary's City, provided that no
funds may be expended for the exhibit corridor and landscaping
project until the department has an approved program plan (St.

(B)    Maryland Historical Trust. Provide funds to be credited to the
MHT Grant Fund for historical preservation. The funds
