($346,447,000) Three Hundred Thirty Nine Million, Four Hundred Ninety Seven
Thousand Dollars ($339,497,000) Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Million, Three Hundred
Eighty Thousand Dollars ($339,380,000), the proceeds to be used for certain
necessary building, construction, demolition, planning, renovation, conversion,
replacement, and capital equipment purchases of this State, and for acquiring
certain real estate in connection therewith, and for grants to certain subdivisions
and other organizations for certain purposes subject to the requirement that certain
grantees provide certain matching funds of a certain type by a certain date;
providing generally for the issuance and sale of bonds evidencing the loan; providing
for certain unexpended appropriations in prior Capital Budgets and Bond Acts to
be expended for other public projects; extending the time on the availability of
funds for certain unexpended appropriations in prior Capital Budgets; expressing
certain legislative intent; altering the matching fund provisions that apply to certain
capital grants; repealing the authority of the Board of Public Works to issue revenue
bonds on behalf of the Law Enforcement and Correctional Training Fund to finance the
Law Enforcement and Driver Training Facility; clarifying the support of the General
Assembly for the construction of the Facility; removing certain restrictions on the Fluid;
and generally relating to the financing of certain capital projects.

671 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1977, Chapter 693 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1980, and Chapter 73 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1993
