(C) THE SALES AND USE TAX DOES NOT APPLY TO THE SALE OF AN OPTIONAL
COMPUTER SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT IF THE BUYER DOES NOT HAVE A
RIGHT, AS PART OF THE CONTRACT, TO RECEIVE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SEPARATELY PRICED AND MARKETED BY THE
VENDOR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning

Government House

FOR the purpose of altering the name of the Governor's Mansion to be the Government
House and the Governor's Mansion Trust to be the Government House Trust;
altering the composition of the Trust; and generally relating to the Government
House Trust.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article - State Government

Section 9-601, 9-602, 9-603, and 9-606, 9-1021, and 9-1022, to be under the
amended subtitle "Subtitle 6. Government House Trust"; and 9-1021 and 9-1022

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Subtitle 6. [Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE Trust.

In this subtitle, "Trust" means the [Governor's Mansion] GOVERNMENT HOUSE
Trust.
