Institutions of the Annotated Code of Maryland be transferred to be Section(s) 5-601
through 5-610 and the subtitle "Subtitle 6. Maryland Enterprise Incentive Deposit Fund",
respectively, of Article 83A - Department of Economic and Employment Development of
the Annotated Code of Maryland.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 3-101 through
3-104 and the title "Title 3. Division of Employment and Training", and the subtitle
"Subtitle 1. Division Established"; 3-201 and the subtitle "Subtitle 2. Retraining of
Unemployed Workers"; 3-301 through 3-304 and the subtitle "Subtitle 3. Economic
Stabilization Act"; and 3-401 through 3-408 and the subtitle "Subtitle 4. Planned
Apprenticeship Standards and On-the-Job Training Activities", respectively, of Article
83A - Department of Economic and Employment Development of the Annotated Code
of Maryland be transferred to be Section(s) 11-102 through 11-105 and the title "Title 11.
Division of Employment and Training", and the subtitle "Subtitle 1. Division
Established"; 11-201 and the subtitle "Subtitle 2. Retraining of Unemployed Workers";
11-301 through 11-304 and the subtitle "Subtitle 3. Economic Stabilization Act"; and
11-401 through 11-408 and the subtitle "Subtitle 4. Planned Apprenticeship Standards
and On-the-Job Training Activities", respectively, of Article - Labor and Employment of
the Annotated Code of Maryland.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 17 through 25
and the subtitle "Maryland Job Training Partnership Act", respectively, of Article 89 -
Miscellaneous Business, Work, and Safety Provisions of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be transferred to be Section(s) 11-501 through 11-509 and the subtitle "Subtitle 5.
Maryland Job Training Partnership Act", respectively, of Article - Labor and
Employment of the Annotated Code of Maryland.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Article 83A -
Department of Economic and Employment Development of the Annotated Code of
Maryland be renamed to be Article 83A - Department of Business and Economic
Development.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland
