PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 3 4-309. (a) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, a license expires on the (2) A limited license to practice dentistry expires on the first anniversary of (3) A teacher's license to practice dentistry or a teacher's license to practice (i) The date set by the Board, unless the license is renewed for an (ii) The date when the licensee ceases to be a full-time faculty [(b) At least 2 months before a general license to practice dentistry, a teacher's (1) The date on which the current license expires; (2) The date by which the renewal application must be received by the (3) The amount of the renewal fee. (c) (1) Before a general license to practice dentistry expires, the licensee (i) Within 3 years before the expiration date of the license, has 1. In this State; or 2. As a member of a federal dental service; (iii) Pays to the Board a renewal fee set by the Board; (iv) Submits to the Board a renewal application on the form that the (v) Submits to the Board satisfactory evidence of compliance with any (2) Before a teacher's license to practice dentistry expires, the licensee (i) Otherwise is entitled to be licensed; |
