PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor Ch. 86 6-304. Within a subdistrict, allocation fees may differ for: (1) Connections made under §§ 6-302 and 6-303 of this subtitle; and (2) Different classes of users. (a) The [Commission] COUNTY may impose assessments to pay unusual costs of (b) Assessments may be imposed on categories of users, including categories 6-306.
