(i) (1) Annually, a county shall include on the face of a REAL property tax bill:

(i) the county property tax rate and the constant yield tax rate for the
taxable year;

(ii) the amount, if any, by which the county property tax rate exceeds
the constant yield tax rate; and

(iii) a designation that the property is either ["owner-occupied" or
"not owner-occupied"] THE OWNER'S "PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE" OR "NOT A
PRINCIPAL RESIDENCE".

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995 and be applicable to taxable years beginning after June 30, 1996.

that may convene a medical review committee; and generally relating to medical

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

14-501.

(a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.

(2) (i) "Alternative health care system" means a system of health care
delivery other than a hospital or related institution.

(ii) "Alternative health care system" includes:
