SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, pursuant to Article III,
Section 35 of the Constitution of Maryland, this Act may not be construed to extend or
apply to the compensation of the County Commissioners of Charles County in office on
the effective date of this Act, but the provisions of this Act concerning the compensation
of the County Commissioners of Charles County shall take effect at the beginning of the
next following term of office.
SECTION 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, notwithstanding
Section 1 of this Act, the County Commissioners of Charles County in office on the
effective date of this Act are entitled to reimbursement for certain travel-related
expenses as authorized by § 27-2 D of the Public Local Laws of Charles County, as
enacted by Chapter 305 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1994, for the remainder
of the current term.
SECTION 4. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1995.

AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County - Community Service Programs - Rubbish on Private Property
PG 414-95
FOR the purpose of authorizing certain owners of private property in Prince George's
County to request assignment of community service workers to clean up and dispose
of certain rubbish under certain circumstances; requiring the County to insure
certain community service workers to a certain extent; requiring the Board of
Administrative Appeals for the County to permit a certain defense under certain
circumstances; requiring the Board to grant certain owners a certain time to request
the assignment of community service workers under a certain circumstance; and
generally relating to community service programs for the cleanup and disposal of
rubbish on private property in Prince George's County.
