(f) (4) Each member of the Charles County Board shall receive the following
amounts annually as compensation:

(i) Member[...............................................................................$2,000]:

1.       $3,090 FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1995; AND

2.     . $3,185 FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1996, 1997, AND 1998;
(ii) Vice-chairman [....................................................................$2,200]:

1.       $3,400 FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1995; AND

2.       $3,500 FOR THE CALENDAR YEARS 1996, 1997, AND 1998; and
(iii) Chairman[...........................................................................$2,400]:

1.       $3,710 FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1995; AND

2.       $3,820 FOR CALENDAR YEARS 1996, 1997, AND 1998.
DRAFTER'S NOTE:

Error: Failure to amend § 4-106(f) at the time that legislation that altered
the salaries of the members of the Charles County Board of Education in §
3-403 of the Education Article was enacted, rendered § 4-106(f)(4) incorrect.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 144, Acts of 1989.

5-202.

(e) (2) (ii) The amount to be provided to each county under this program is
determined as follows:

1.       For each fiscal year, the product of the Chapter 1 eligible
count for the prior fiscal year for each county and the equivalent of 25 percent of the per
pupil basic current expense figure for the current fiscal year, rounded down to the nearest
dollar.

2.       This product shall be divided by the ratio, rounded to 7
decimal places, of county wealth per county full-time equivalent enrollment to statewide
wealth per full-time equivalent enrollment.
