16-218.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Commission in a contested case, as
defined in § [10-201] 10-202 of the State Government Article, may take an appeal as
allowed in §§ [10-215] 10-222 and [10-216] 10-223 of the State Government Article.

16-602.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the State
Government Article, before the Commission takes any final action under § 16-701 of this
title, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an opportunity
for a hearing before:

(1)     the Commission; or

(2)     the Hearing Board for proceedings under § 16-211 of this title.

17-324.

(a) Except as otherwise provided in [Title 10, Subtitle 4] § 10-226 of the State
Government Article, before the Commission takes any final action under § 17-322 of this
subtitle, it shall give the individual against whom the action is contemplated an
opportunity for a hearing before the Commission or, as provided under § 17-326 of this
subtitle, a hearing board.

17-329.

(a) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Commission in a contested
case, as defined in § [10-201] 10-202 of the State Government Article, may take an
appeal as allowed in §§ [10-215] 10-222 and [10-216] 10-223 of the State Government
Article.

18-311.

Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Superintendent in a contested case,
as defined in § [10-201] 10-202 of the State Government Article, may take an appeal as
allowed in Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article.
