329 and negro Boy Abraham are now now in the possession of the said William Y. Woolford. To have and to hold all & singular the said Boy Abraham Household stuff & furniture & other the Premises above bargained and sold or mentioned & intended so to be, to the said Ellenor North, her Executors, Administrators or Assigns forever. And the said William Y Woolford, for myself, my heirs, Executors and Administrators, and all & singular the said goods, household stuff & furniture & other the premises, unto the said Ellenor North her Executors, Administrators & Assigns, against me, the said William Y Woolford, my Executors, Administrators & Assigns, and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall & will warrant & forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods and Negro Boy Abraham and household stuff & furniture and other the premises, I the said WIlliam Y. Woolford have sent the said Ellenor North in full possession by delivering to her one Bed & furniture at the sealing & delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises hereby bargained and sold, or mentioned and intended to be so, unto her the said Ellenor North as aforesaid. As Witness my hand and seal this 5th day of April 1851 Signed, sealed & delivered in the presence of Sam.l Abbott William S. Cook William Y Woolford (seal) State of Maryland, Dorchester County, To wit: On this 5.th day of April 1851, before me one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County, appears William Y Woolford and Acknowledges the foregoing writing to be his act & deed, according to the true intent & meaning thereof and the act of Assembly in such case made & provided At the same time and place also appeared Ellenor North before me and made Oath that the consideration set forth in said Bill of sale is true & bona fide as therein set forth.
