155 measure one peets measure two one gallon Measures, one water pot two hatchets one pair of ploughs hame one plough bridle one Singletree one tin Cullender one wire seive all and singular which said goods and chattels are now remaining, standing and being in the a certain messuage or tenement scituate near Church Creeks and now in the Occupation of said Alexander W Jones To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods house hold stuff and furniture and other the premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Thomas C Jones his executors administrators and assigns forever; and I the said Alexander W Jones for myself my heirs executors administrators all and singular the said goods house hold stuff and furniture and other the premises unto the said Thomas C Jones his executors Administrators and assigns against me the said Alexander W Jones my executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons Whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents of all and singular which said goods household stuff and furniture and other the premises I the said Alexander W. Jones have put the said Thomas C. Jones in full possession by delivering to him the said Thomas C Jones one silver spoon at the sealing and delivery of these presents in the name of the which premises hereby bargained and sold or mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said Thomas C Jones as aforesaid In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this the 27 day of January one thousand eight hundred and forty nine. Witness Jas Hammersly Alexander W Jones (seal) State of Maryland Dorchester County Tow it On this 27 day of January 1849 before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the peace of said State in and for Dorchester County personally appears Alexander W Jones and acknowledges the annexed bill of Sale or instrument of writing to be his Act and deed according to the purport true intent and meaning of the same and the acts of assembly in such Case made and provided.
