215. State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded from Ex.d on the 15.th day of April 1844. To wit: William Bell Know all men by these presents that we William Bell, James Moore and Harrison Barnett of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said State or its certain Attorney to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 15 day of April 1844. The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden William Bell shall well & truly execute the office of Constable of Cambridge in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all moneys placed in his hands for collection and shall also well and truly pay all sums of Money received by him then the obligation to be void otherwise of full force & virtue in law Signed, sealed & delivered William Bell (L S) in the presence of Jn.o Newton James Moore (L S) Algernon Thomas H. D. Barnett (L S) Dorchester County, To wit: On the 15 day of April 1844 personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid John Newton and Algernon Thomas and made the following Oath To wit "We John Newton and Algernon Thomas subscribing witnesses to the above Bond do make Oath that William Bell, James Moore and Harrison Barnett obligors mentioned in the said Bond did severally in our presence sign, seal & deliver the said Bond as their Act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned." Sworn before me on the day above mentioned Charles Corkran State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded from Ex.d on the 15.th day of April 1844. To wit: George W. Wingate Know all men by these presents that we George W. Wingate James Dixon and Thomas Dail of Dorchester County in the state of Maryland are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of two thousand dollars current mony of the United States to be paid to the said State or its certain Attorney to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 15 day of April 1844. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden George W.
