210. unto the state of Maryland in the full and just sum of two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said State or its certain Attorney to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 15.th day of April Eighteen hundred and forty four. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden William R. Tall shall well and truly execute the office of Constable of Election district number four in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all moneys placed in his hands for Collection and shall also well and truly pay all sums of money received by him then the above obligation to be void otherwise of full force and virtue in law W.m R. Tall (seal) Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of John Harrington (seal) Jn.o Newton Algernon Thomas Sam.l Harrington (seal) Dorchester County, To wit: on the th day of April 1844 personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid. John Newton and Algernon Thomas and Made Oath, To wit: We Jn.o Newton and Algernon Thomas subscribing witnesses to the above Bond do make Oath that William R. Tall, John Harrington and Sam.l Harrington obligors mentioned in the said Bond did severally in our presence sign, seal and deliver the said Bond as their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned. Sworn before me on the day above mentioned. Charles Corkran State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded on from Ex.d the 15.th day of April 1844, To wit: Stewart Vickers Know all men by these presents that we Stewart Vickers, Charles Shenton and Levin Dunnock of Dorchester County and State of Maryland are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of two thousand dollars current Money of the United States to be paid to the said state of Maryland or its certain attorney to which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs, executors and administrators jointly & severally firmly by these presents. Sealed with our seals and dated this 15.th day of April A. D. 1844. The Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden Stewart Vickers shall well and faithfully execute the Office of Constable in Election district N.o 4 in Dorchester County in all things appertaining thereto and shall well and truly account for all monies placed in his hands for collection and shall also well and truly pay all sums of Money received by him agreeably to an Act of the General Assembly passed at November Session 1809 entitled an Act relating to Constables Bonds and shall well and truly account for all money which he shall receive on Judgments and shall well and truly pay over the same and shall faithfully perform all acts which he shall perform in virtue of his office in the |
