206. and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with out seals and dated this 15 day of April 1844. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden William L. Drura shall well and truly execute the office of Constable of Election district N.o 1 in all things appertaining thereto and shall also well and truly account for all monies placed in his hands for collection and shall also well and truly pay all sums of money received by him then the obligation to be void otherwise of full force and virtue in law signed, sealed & delivered W. L. Drura (seale) in the presence of James Moore (seale) Jn.o Newton Algernon Thomas James Wilson (seale) Dorchester County To wit on the 15 day of April 1844 personally appeared before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid John Newton and Algernon Thomas and made the following oath To wit: We John Newton and Algernon Thomas subscribing witnesses to the above Bond do make Oath that William L. Drura, James Moore and Jacob Wilson obligors mentioned in the said Bond did severally in our presence sign, seal and deliver the said Bond as their act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned Sworn before me on the day above mentioned Charles Corkran State of Maryland Be it remembered that the following Bond was recorded from Ex.d recorded on the 15.th day of April 1844, To wit: James E. Douglass Know all men by these presents that we James E. Douglass Jacob Wilson and Edward Wright of Dorchester County in the State of Maryland are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just sum of two thousand dollars current money of the United States to be paid to the said state or its certain attorney; to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these presents.
