General Fund Appropriation, provided that funds herein
appropriated shall be used for sifted and talented programs
operated by the Baltimore City Board of Education at the
following high schools: Baltimore City College, Western High
School, Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, the Baltimore School
for the Arts and the Dunbar project operated in conjunction
with Johns Hopkins Hospital. This appropriation is
contingent upon the Baltimore City Board of Education
submitting a written plan for the use of these funds to the
State Superintendent of Schools for review and approval
