SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That pursuant to Section
2-103.4(h) of the Transportation Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland the salary
schedule for the Department of Transportation executive pay plan during Fiscal Year
1995 shall be as set forth below. Adjustments to the salary schedule may be made during
the fiscal year in accordance with the provisions of Section 2-103.4(h) of the
Transportation Article. Provided, however, that adjustments may not be made prior to
January 1, 1995 September 1, 1994. Notwithstanding the inclusion of salaries for positions
which are determined by agencies with independent salary setting authority in the salary
schedule set forth below, such salaries may be adjusted during the fiscal year in
accordance with such salary setting authority.
