Pensions Article. Provided, however, that adjustments may not be made prior to January 1,
1995 September 1, 1994. Notwithstanding the inclusion of salaries for positions which are
determined by agencies with independent salary setting authority in the salary schedule
set forth below, such salaries may be adjusted during the fiscal year in accordance with
such salary setting authority.
