(b) [(1)]The Board may issue a limited permit for the practice of certified public
accountancy on a specific job to a limited liability company if:

(1)      each member is licensed to practice certified public accountancy in this
or another state or in a foreign country; and

(2)     the requirements of subsection (d) of this section are met.

4-511.

(a) The Board may adopt regulations to ensure that each barber school approved
by the State Department of Education or the Maryland Higher Education Commission is
operated in a sanitary manner.

Business Occupations and Professions Article.

11-207.

Before a member of the Board may examine an applicant for a license, the member
shall take the following oath:

"I,__________, do (swear) (affirm) that I will impartially examine and inquire into

the capacity, skill and experience of the applicant or applicants in providing pilotage and
will admit them as I find them qualified or reject them if I shall find them unqualified,
without favor or [reward.] REWARD."
